About Peridot Solutions
Peridot Solutions is a family owned business. We work from home and together. Our members include, 2 Web Designers, Kristen & Torilyn. Photo Editing is performed by Jerry. Sales is conducted by Kristen and word of mouth by our current clients. Our focus is to be the "little guys best friend and helper". Big Business is not our forte'. We are not against big business we just know how important it is to maintain some stability within the Small Business community. It is proven that Small Business is what fuels the American economy. So why would we be charged big business prices? At Peridot Solutions, we have spent many hours researching and finding companies which follow our very principles. Along with this, their prices conform to the Small Business budget such as yours and ours.
Peridot Solutions is the creation of Kristen in 2000 working for family and friends under the name of Kristen's Korner. Kristen is a self taught web designer while being an at home mom. As time went on, she began to build Peridot Solutions slowly and has a vision to be a thriving Small Business for every small business, in the Wichita area and beyond. In 2007, Kristen made some very enriching decisions to allow and promote growth of Kristen's Korner. Kristen changed the name of the business, Peridot Solutions, and set out to find other small companies to work with to help provide Small Businesses more than just web design. Along with these changes she also incorporated new members to coordinate a well oiled machine of a business.
Kristen's daughter, Torilyn was always over her shoulder as she worked. She loves a computer and is known to find and master software in her spare time. Over time Kristen began to teach Torilyn her work for fun. Torilyn picked up on the process immediately, at the same time she enrolled into school focusing on Technology. She was soon bringing home new ideas to the business and has proved to be a valuable asset. What was amazing about the process of working with Torilyn was she began her work as a website manager of a personal website at the age of 12. She is now, 15 years old and is a very powerful tool to Peridot Solutions.
Another change Kristen has implemented was an additional person to focus on another aspect of the business process. Photo editing is very important in this business and wanted an individual who could focus on this. Kristen brought her husband, Jerry, on board. Jerry has a sole responsibility of editing all photos for our clients which can be a very time consuming role. He then processes them over to the web designers. Jerry has really become another valuable tool to Peridot Solutions.
No Small Business would be anywhere without the sales department. Kristen currently is the sales department. She is targeting the Small Business community, small support groups, charities, small churches, ranches, and other home based businesses in becoming established online or helping with their small business needs. These are the very people and businesses which run into the same issues Peridot Solutions did. Therefore, helping us build our principles.
Peridot Solutions has a business plan and goals which we are working hard to accomplish. In the short term, Peridot Solutions is approaching the time to launch other Small Business services, kicking up our Web Designing and Website clients, teamed up with other Small Businesses, and have incorporated new and helpful software to give the best service possible to our clients.
In the long term, well it all remains to be seen. Really we wish for you to focus on, bringing your business to the internet and allowing Peridot to be your Small Business Solutions company. As always, if your company, group, or business has an issue we do not currently offer and you are in need of, please bring your issue to us. We will work with you to either provide the service at an affordable rate, or if necessary, help you find the service elsewhere with no charge from us.
