Peridot Solutions asks for 60 days to complete most websites. However, those clients with larger or retail sites may require longer time frames for completion.

Peridot Solutions requires all starting fees paid on all website services prior to starting. After completion of initial service you will be billed according to services rendered.

Peridot Solutions will always contact you regarding any and all issues which could arise. You will also be notified of renewals dates and amounts due.

Peridot Solutions will allow 15 day grace period for maintenance payment. After 15 days, there will be a $1.00 per day charge added. Client is responsible for any unpaid balances unless you notify us of your intent to cancel.

Peridot Solutions is NOT responsible for downtime of servers if your website is not maintained on peridotsolutions.net servers.

Every client is responsible for providing information, photos, video, emails, link address, anything which will be needed to complete your service.

Peridot Solutions is not an completely services rendered entity.

Peridot Solutions will post a "Site created and maintained by" at the bottom of your websites index page.
